Me and my crew are back from BCR Daytona. It was COLD AS FUCK out there on the strip! Although it was cold, it didnt stop the females from walking around in booty shorts and see through tops. The wind was no joke, blowing around 30 MPH.

One the real, I saw some news report saying that the police presence was going to be scaled back… that wasnt true. Overall they werent as out-of-control as they were last year, but they were EVERYWHERE.

I saw a female get arrested for wearing a shear shirt, other than that it was nice. The females this year were smiling and VERY willing to give us nice shots for the camera. There was a gang of strippers out (Like every other year), and there were fuck rooms on every floor of every hotel I was in.

I will be in the lab working on BCR MADNESS 2005 and I will keep you informed of the progress. As I go through the footage I will post more pics to show you all the shit we got.

Stay tuned…

Mike Tyson hunched in his chair and tapped his 9-year-old daughter’s hand while she rested her head on Daddy’s ample shoulder. Later, the heavyweight once called “the baddest man on the planet” cuddled his napping son.

“I feel like Mr. Mom,” Tyson said, then stomped his foot and smiled at his own joke. Wearing a pinstriped suit, he could have been any family man, albeit one with a tattoo on his face.

Silent and expressionless for the first 15 minutes of Tuesday’s news conference to announce his return to the ring, a scheduled June 11 bout at the MCI Center against journeyman Kevin McBride of Ireland, Tyson lit up and laughed when his foe’s manager promised an upset.

And from that point forth, Tyson came close to being the Tyson everyone has come to expect: the curiosity that promoters hope can still sell tickets and pay-per-view buys even though he’s 38 and lost two of his past three fights.

He talked about sinking into depression, called McBride “real cute,” labeled himself “probably the worst husband in the world,” and told a PR person running the show to “chill out” when she pointed out it was time for more posed photos.

Yes, The Mike Tyson Show is headed to the nation’s capital.

“I just hope these people of Washington, D.C., are prepared to handle this,” Tyson said. “It’s going to be a train wreck.”

It will be the former champion’s first fight in nearly a year, and just his second in 28 months. In his most recent outing, at Louisville on July 30, he was stopped in the fourth round by Danny Williams after tearing cartilage in his left knee. Tyson had surgery the knee is fine, he said Tuesday and he’s been training in Phoenix for three weeks.

He’s been more than $30 million in debt, and when asked how much longer he thinks he’ll keep fighting, Tyson answered: “Long enough to take care of my children a long time.”

The 6-foot-6 McBride, who’s 32-4-1 with 27 knockouts, was originally supposed to be Tyson’s opponent for that July bout. Make no mistake, this fight is entirely about Tyson. McBride’s name wasn’t even uttered by master of ceremonies Rock Newman until nearly 20 minutes into Tuesday’s event.

“It’s a no-win situation for me,” said Tyson, 50-5 with two no contests and 44 knockouts. “If I knock him out in two seconds, he’s a bum. If he gives me a shellacking, I’m a bum.”

For his part, McBride vowed at least three times: “I’m going to shock the world.”

His manager, Rich Cappiello, was more specific.

“If people are thinking we’re coming to lay down … we are coming out to knock Mike Tyson out. He had his day. His day’s gone. I think Mike Tyson gets knocked out within five rounds,” Cappiello said.

That’s when the first crease crossed Tyson’s face as he laughed.

“We are going to stop Mike Tyson and hopefully end his career,” Cappiello added.

Later, in a classic Freudian slip, Cappiello wrapped up his speech by proclaiming, “We’re going to go out there and knock Kevin uh, Mike Tyson out.”

Foxy Brown says she didn’t beat up two nail salon workers over a $20 pedicure — and her toes are worth more than that anyway. “A $20 pedicure? Are you serious?” she joked to reporters Monday outside the courtroom where she pleaded not guilty to assault over the August 2004 incident.

“I mean, look at me!” she said.

Brown, whose real name is Inga Marchand, pleaded not guilty to using her cell phone and fist to attack the manicurists on Aug. 29.

The 25-year-old rapper said she had asked for a manicure and a pedicure just as the salon in the Chelsea neighborhood was about to close.

“I got the pedicure, but they didn’t give me the manicure,” she said outside court.

Prosecutors charge that Brown kicked and hit a manager, Sun Ji Song, causing “bruising and swelling to the face, as well as substantial pain.” They said the salon’s employees ran out to Brown’s car and stood in front of it to block her. At one point, they said, the rapper slugged one of the workers with a cell phone.

She is charged with misdemeanor assault and attempted assault.

Brown’s lawyer, Joseph Tacopina, denied his client hit any of the workers directly on the face but said an altercation did take place. He said that the salon workers wanted to take advantage of her wealth.

This will be the last update before I head out to Daytona for BCR. I have my cameras, tapes and free DVDs to give away packed already. Just waiting for Friday to get here.

I talked with a couple of my partners tonight to make sure they have their shit in order and its looking lovely.

I will post pics of the action on Monday when I get back in the office. After that I will go into the lab and get started on this year’s DVD: BCR Madness 2005. My graphics honey should have the dvd cover ready by Friday also. Once I get back I will also reduce the price of BCR Madness 2004 to $10 for the dvd. I want to thank all of you who ordered a copy because 2004’s dvd was our most successful Black Spring Break dvd to date (Going by 1 year totals). It still hasnt outsold BCR Madness 2002, but it will.

Hip-hop star Sean “P. Diddy” Combs has been ordered to pay more than $21,000 a month in child support to an ex-girlfriend with whom he has an 11-year-old son.

The order, issued Thursday by the New York Supreme Court’s Appellate Division, came after Combs appealed a Westchester Family Court ruling last year that he should pay $35,000 a month. He currently pays about $5,000.

The ex-girlfriend, Misa Hylton-Brim, had sued for higher monthly payments and about $398,000 in back support for their son, Justin.

The appellate court judge awarded a lower but undisclosed amount in back support and ordered Combs to pay Hylton-Brim’s legal fees. The judge set monthly support payments at $21,782.

Rob Shuter, a spokesman for Combs, said Combs would appeal the decision to the state Court of Appeals.

While separated from girlfriend Kim Porter, Combs, 35, was also sued for child support for their son, Christian. He pays Porter, a model, about $30,000 a month.

Twenty two! 22! Twenty fucking 2! This chick I met today at Publix was absolutely flawless. She was wearing one of those sun dress numbers. You know the ones that you can see through while she walks in front of you, real form fitting… She was looking at those healthy sticks and twigs cereals when I saw her. I struck up a convo about the cereals and their tastes and she happily joined in. A few minutes in I asked her if she lived in the area and she doesnt, just visiting a friend of hers from college. She is in town from NC for the week. She says she wasnt interested in doing internet work so thats I was outta gas if thats all I wanted her for. I told her I could think of quite a few more things I wanted her for but I couldnt get into that because we’d get arrested in the store. I got a smile out of her… She tells me she is twenty two and a socialogy major. Let me tell you fellas she was about a 34B, 23 in the waist, about 5’9 and a nice basketball booty. Fantastic body and smart. Cant get any better than that. Too bad she didnt want to get naked on camera for me…

Claiming that Michael Vick gave her herpes, a Georgia woman is suing the star NFL quarterback for negligence and battery. According to the below lawsuit, Sonya Elliot, a 26-year-old health care worker, was infected with the sexually transmitted disease in April 2003 after an unprotected encounter with Vick at the athlete’s Duluth, Georgia home. Elliott alleges that after testing positive for Herpes Simplex 2, she confronted the Atlanta Falcons star, 24, about her condition. “I’ve got something to tell you. I’ve got it,” Vick admitted to her, according to Elliott’s State Court complaint, which alleges that Vick then told her that “he had not known how to tell her about his condition, and that it was not something that he liked to talk about.” Elliott’s complaint also contends that Vick “apologized profusely” for not telling her he was infected with the STD. Elliot’s lawsuit alleges that Vick has used the name “Ron Mexico” and, in a related court filing, her lawyers are seeking Vick’s admission that he used the “Mexico” alias–and perhaps other fake names–“for the purpose of herpes testing and/or treatment.” In her lawsuit, which does not specify monetary damages, Elliott states that she met Vick at a Virginia Beach nightclub in May 2001 and, shortly thereafter, began a close personal relationship with the football star (though the couple did not have sex until late-2002). Last December, Vick, the top overall pick in the 2001 National Football League draft, signed a ten-year, $130 million contract with the Falcons, the richest deal in league history.

Johnnie L. Cochran Jr., who became a legal superstar after helping clear O.J. Simpson during a sensational murder trial in which he uttered the famous quote “If it doesn’t fit, you must acquit,” died Tuesday. He was 67.

Cochran died of a brain tumor at his home in Los Angeles, his family said.

“Certainly, Johnnie’s career will be noted as one marked by ‘celebrity’ cases and clientele,” his family said in a statement. “But he and his family were most proud of the work he did on behalf of those in the community.”

With his colorful suits and ties, his gift for courtroom oratory and a knack for coining memorable phrases, Cochran was a vivid addition to the pantheon of best-known American barristers.

The “if it doesn’t fit” phrase would be quoted and parodied for years afterward. It derived from a dramatic moment during which Simpson tried on a pair of bloodstained “murder gloves” to show jurors they did not fit. Some legal experts called it the turning point in the trial.

Soon after, jurors found the Hall of Fame football star not guilty of the 1994 slayings of his ex-wife Nicole Brown Simpson and her friend Ronald Goldman.

For Cochran, Simpson’s acquittal was the crowning achievement in a career notable for victories, often in cases with racial themes. He was a black man known for championing the causes of black defendants. Some of them, like Simpson, were famous, but more often than not they were unknowns.

Over the years, Cochran represented football great Jim Brown on rape and assault charges, actor Todd Bridges on attempted murder charges, rapper Tupac Shakur on a weapons charge and rapper Snoop Dogg on a murder charge.

He also represented former Black Panther Elmer “Geronimo” Pratt, who spent 27 years in prison for a murder he didn’t commit. When Cochran helped Pratt win his freedom in 1997 he called the moment “the happiest day of my life practicing law.”

He won a $760,000 award in a wrongful death lawsuit filed by the family of Ron Settles, a black college football star who died in police custody in 1981. Cochran challenged police claims that Settles hanged himself in jail after a speeding arrest. The player’s body was exhumed, an autopsy performed and it revealed Settles had been choked.

His clients also included Haitian immigrant Abner Louima, who was tortured by New York police, and Tyisha Miller, a 19-year-old black woman shot to death by Riverside police who said she reached for a gun on her lap when they broke her car window in an effort to disarm her.
